The Manager of Demand Generation will help create and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive demand, specifically towards MQL’s and SAL’s

This includes scaling lead generation approaches across a variety of platforms to improve creation, conversion, quality and velocity of incoming requests. Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is essential. You will work very closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure ongoing identification of high value leads that predictably move through the sales funnel.

Lead the demand generation function to scale adoption of Cobalt

  • Manage, and optimize cobalt.io and all other customer facing website assets with a focus on lead and customer acquisition
  • Set and execute all online marketing, acquisition, and global campaigns, including SEM, website, online advertising, paid social, webinars and more to drive new opportunities
  • Lead cross-company efforts on the best ways for prospects to find, try, and buy Cobalt
  • Measure and optimize results with data driven strategies to define quantitative and qualitative goals and results
  • Maintain data accuracy and attribution for accounts, leads and contacts
  • Manage lead lifecycle and funnel metrics giving stakeholders information that will improve decision making
  • Establish company-wide efforts to drive net new opportunity pipeline, collaborating with marketing and sales on growth experiments to improve efficiency in lead acquisition and activation

Additional notes or requirements

  • Be an all around demand generation/growth expert
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling lead acquisition programs, online to offline, preferably with a SaaS background
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred)
  • Penchant for data driven exploration and new growth development
  • Deep knowledge of funnel optimization and lead scoring, including in-depth collaboration across sales and marketing
  • Ability to be a strategic thinker and influence at all levels
  • Passion for deploying creative ideas to drive campaign adoption
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong presence showcasing programs, communications abilities, and a solid organizational skill set
