Yes. From my customers: their constituencies are so different, that a benchmark like this, while a good starting point, is no replacement for their unique use case. Not to mention, public sentiment changes constantly.
From earlier this year - great and relevant data. However, this doesn't replace doing your own email behavioral testing.
