I highly agree. This is a very un-touched upon subject, which a lot of larger companies have not yet given attention to. It's just too naturally easy to hire a "marketing person" and let them have at your marketing efforts. Nice breakdown.
Thanks Brian. We think it's one of those topics that gets swept under the rug a lot as well. Too many companies are viewing Digital as a single tactic that can be done by 1 person, as opposed to an entire strategy encompassing multiple tactics, done by multiple specialists. Hopefully we can inspire some change of thought with this article.
