Professional Bio

Since my early days of playing office in my parents' basement, I've been obsessed with creating processes and automating repetitive tasks. I first developed an interest in system design and workflow automation after I got my master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at University of Michigan. While working as an advisor of undergraduate engineering students, I was frustrated by the lack of good electronic tools for managing student records, and decided to solve the problem myself. 

I worked at the University of Michigan for several years, helping administrative offices solve their paper problems with electronic solutions. In 2002, I started my own company and began developing web-based software in my home office. Over the years, the company's focus has evolved, and The Whole Brain Group has grown to 12 team members with an office in downtown Ann Arbor's historic Kerrytown district.

The Whole Brain Group team is committed to helping growing businesses develop and execute digital and inbound marketing plans that complement their strategic visions and provide measurable results. 

Our clients understand that it takes a wide range of skills to market effectively online, and that it doesn't make sense for most growing companies to hire, train, and support a large team of marketing experts in-house. Instead, they've selected The Whole Brain Group to function as their virtual inbound marketing department - providing web design, development, social media, content, and pay-per-click expertise with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
