How are you marketing Appointment Reminder? It seems like the sort of product where business know they have the problem (yay!) but are unlikely to search online for a fix (boo).
I ask because I just passed after researching and talking to folks in a niche because I learned that they would basically never search online for a solution and the answer to nearly every question was "because we did it that way last year". (Yes, as that implies, the opportunity for recurring revenue was limited to an annual pain point, meaning LTV was low.) The industry organization was not significant, so I couldn't see any way to systemically, affordably reach this market. I'd appreciate any thoughts you have on this topic.
