Feb 17 2015Ask Inbound: Do you think there’s a difference between active vs. engaged users? If so, what are some examples or how do you specifically define them for your product or company?I think one indicator would be a thoughtful - has substance - comment vs a "share". The "Nice post @NikkiElizDemere." surely carries far less weight than a 75 word reinforcement or counter argument to a post.
