@atharmajeed thanks for that point...we agree...we're working with our host now because we've not been able to upload images in the last month, and have tried changing upload file permissions to 755 and 744, to no avail. Once we get that sorted, we will definitely use some images to break up the page a bit more.
@JoelKlettke thanks so much for your honest appraisal, actionable advice, and thorough treatment of the page. You've opened our eyes to the site's shortcomings and the need to differentiate our brand/service. This list is going to be exceptionally helpful for many discussions and site updates. I'm so glad we dug into this group when we did...it will save us a lot of heartache in the future.
