To all who provided feedback,
Thank you for this wonderful feedback: I am so glad you all were so generous with you time and input: it is very helpful to get these perspectives. That said, we will most certainly be working at least a portion of this information into our upcoming redesign: much of what was brought up, from issues with messaging and CTA, we're also seeing in our user-data, so this perspective is extremely helpful to providing clarity as to why our data may look the way it does.
What that will be exactly, I need to discuss with my team, but I will be sure to update all of you as I go.
