product and operations, and even a stint as CTO. Has led the building and
transformation of companies in multiple market sectors with deep domain experience in
digital, mobile, wearable tech, software/SaaS products for both B2B and B2C markets,
company and agency / consulting side.
Shane takes a (founder's/CEO's) vision and creates the map for the organization to
build the steps and goals for ongoing successful execution across teams, with a CEO
like focus on top line growth. He anticipates, prepares and pulls the “levers” for growth -
across all areas of the organization to support organic and non-organice growth and
scaling.
Leader on 4 successful exits: 2 acquired by F500 companies (Oracle & Pitney owes);
1 x IPO on NASDAQ; 1 a joint venture with Weibo China; has advised over 20 startups
and has raised over $100M from VC and institutional investors.
Shane is focused on building sustained long term shareholder value helping the CEO/C
Suite balance the needs to hit short term financial goals and build high performance
execution with the right culture and ability to scale and evolve through the tipping points, challenges and decisions.
