I've read the HubSpot culture deck, but learned a lot more from DS actually talking about it. Also, didn't know Netflix was a leader in culture. That actually helps in my decision on which to keep: Netflix or Amazon. Lastly, the biggest takeaway for me personally was "don't talk about culture" and "don't expect your people to get excited about publishing your culture" - that was insightful.
