The only major change I can see is a major search engine intelligent enough to take you directly to the webpage that answers all your questions but that will be equivalent to shooting yourself in the foot if you are google or bing so I doubt we will be seeing anything drastic over the next couple of years.
It looks like it might be a game changer if you are a brand with a large following on the supported social media websites.

Hmm well I don't think google is too worried about Bing, but its great to see Bing gain a bit more market share.
