We ran our first info session through HubSpot in January and our next one is scheduled in April. I'll be sure to use it for our next info session, but I think, even without using HubSpot's resource, that I hit all of the bases. We also survey our students the day after the info session. I built the survey as a form within HubSpot and it worked well. The initial setup for the campaign is demanding but worth it as it has automated all of what we previously did manually. Thank you HubSpot! We also use targeted Facebook ads to promote the event, along with blogging, digital, social media and retargeting.
