I am a first timer on this platform. I apologies if the question is considered inappropriate and the intro too long.
I am Danish but my entrepreneurship brought me to Mauritius Island (Indian Ocean). Over the past years, I had an eye on HubSpot but thought it would be shooting flies with cannon balls.
For my new project, I felt that HubSpot would be right, nevertheless, wanted to establish a connection and direct some questions, before taking final decision to implement HubSpot in my Business Plan.
Considering the HubSpot Marketing concept, Site builder, Smart content, Call to action and not least the Lead Management; would you consider HubSpot flawed, if I informed you that, I last Friday took contact to HubSpot through live chat, which was interrupted. Since then I have not been unable to establish a Live Chat connection thus, submitted a Sales Enquiry Monday afternoon. Today Wednesday there is still no follow up by HubSpot?
Additionally, I note that HubSpot does not have a sales contact or office in Africa. Am I to understand that Africa is not mature yet for HubSpot?
