@JoshSinger33 - While I'm not sure if you're following this particular thread, I wanted to make sure you saw Kelly's response as they had a successful info session campaign in January and are surveying students the day after the info session!
I'm curious to hear responses from the other members.,
You can have discussions with, or send surveys to past leads who ended up declining admission to learn more about their decision and the reasoning behind that decision. A couple questions you can ask them might be why they chose to decline, and at what point in the process did they make their decision. what was that driving factor? Likewise, at what point have people made the decision that they will attend Proctor, and what was that driving factor?
To the other members - what are your best practices?
You could send a survey to all registrants asking for their feedback. You can include a question/option for if they didn't attend, why not.
In the survey, you can also have a question about what day/times would be most convenient. You don't necessarily have to wait until after the event to ask this. You could send a survey to leads/non-applicants/students to ask a) do they plan to attend an open house? why or why not? b) what day/time would be most convenient?
If you use SurveyMonkey, you can use the free integration with HubSpot!
I'm curious to hear from other members on the ground - what are you doing to help with Open House attendance?

@JoshSinger33 A couple of ideas:
You could send a survey to all registrants asking for their feedback. You can include a question/option for if they didn't attend, why not.
