@copyhackers We've been quoting testimonials from customers, with name and photo, for 15 years. I ALWAYS get emailed permission. Why would you need more than that? What do you think the risk is if you have written permission but not a signed release?
(I think a signed release created a HUGE hurdle for the customer. I makes it seem all cold, impersonal and "legal". (which it is))
Newsletters (including the Copyblogger free email course) say "remember to white list this email" Yes, you want them to do that. But do Normal Humans know how to do this?
