Tom Roberts @tjprobertsNice article. It's sad that it needs to be said, but I think it does need to be said all the same. Hopefully, we won't need posts like these in the future.
In order to help the gender rebalancing, I hereby volunteer to be a booth babe at an upcoming conference. That ought to put people off the idea.
